Beach fun, Champ sighting and a sale

I'm very fortunate to live near beautiful Lake George in upstate New York. The lake is dotted with a ton of beaches and one of my favorites is Huletts Landing. It's very family friendly so hubby and I love to take our grandsons there to swim and play in the sand while I relax watching the boats sail by and read.

I don't know if any of you live in an area that boasts of a monster or two, but Lake Champlain has it's very own, Champ. Over the years there have been dozens of sightings of this fellow and in August there is a festival in his honor. Do any of you have a local monster?
